Entry form
The Liverpool Acoustic Songwriting Challenge 2026 opened on 1st September and closes at 6pm on 30th September.
You’ll find a link to the entry form at the bottom of this page.
Before submitting an entry please make sure you’ve read the rules on the ‘Rules‘ page and the information below.
Before you click the button below to submit your entry make sure you have the following ready to upload:-
YOUR SONG
This will be a digital audio file. Please use common file formats such as MP3, WAV, etc. If you’re not sure if your file format is acceptable drop us an email or message us on Facebook.
You must name your audio file using your full name followed by the name of your song, e.g. ‘Elton John – Your Song.mp3’
YOUR LYRICS
This will be a text document in either Word, Google Docs or PDF format containing the lyrics to your song. Make sure your name and the name of your song are at the top of the page. You can include a note to the judges about what inspired you to write your song.
You should use this document to tell us what the work of art is, where it is on display, and who made it (if known or appropriate).
You must name your lyric document file using your full name followed by the name of your song, e.g. ‘Elton John – Your Song.docx’
A PHOTO OF THE ARTWORK
This will be an image file. All common image file formats are acceptable. Please make sure your photo is as clear as possible and includes the whole of the artwork.
You must name your image file using your full name followed by the name of your song, e.g. ‘Elton John – Your Song.jpg’
